MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
Pierce with fork in several places. Arrange 4 potatoes
(for one serving) on paper towel at least 1 inch apart.
Microwave on HIGH about 3 minutes. For each additional
potato, add 30 seconds cook time. Turn once halfway
through cooking time. Cook until potatoes begin to feel
tender. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
Note: Oven temperatures may vary, cooking times
are approximate.
ROASTING DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Quarter potatoes.
Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon (15 mL) vegetable oil
and 1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) salt. Place in a small roasting
pan, single layer, and roast 25 to 30 minutes until
tender, stirring potatoes once halfway through cooking
time.
BOILING DIRECTIONS:
Boil in lightly salted water 15 to 20 minutes until
tender.
